Well the first day of the last month has come and gone and I'm feeling pretty positive about September.
I've been a ruthless disciplinarian as of late and that seems to have had an effect. I've been respectful and calm, but also incredibly assertive about what I will and will not put up with in the work place.
a little bit of fear does the hierarchy good.
Today was easy.
Today I was queen of the castle.
